[Usage Guide]

- Available for use on the Classic Yogurt Ice Cream app. (Delivery fees may vary depending on the distance from the store.)
- Points accumulation and affiliated card discounts follow the brand's policies.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the coupon value, the balance can be paid to purchase additional items.
- This coupon is valid only for in-store use. (Not valid on delivery apps or other online platforms / Delivery available via the Classic Yogurt Ice Cream app.)
- Mobile coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Products are prepared immediately in-store, so cancellations are not allowed after placing an order.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
- Remaining balance can be refunded if at least 60% (or 80% for coupons under 10,000 KRW) is used. Validity extensions are also possible.
- If the coupon expires, 90% of the remaining balance will be refunded. (Additional deductions apply for discounted purchases.)

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact WincubeMarketing customer support at (1666-5046). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact WincubeMarketing customer support at (1666-5046). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
