[Balance Refund Guide]
- Balance refunds are not available at the place of use. Please contact the COUP Marketing Customer Center.
- Refund requests can be made for the remaining balance after use within 5 years from the date of purchase.
(For vouchers under KRW 10,000, refund requests are available after 80% usage. For vouchers over KRW 10,000, refund requests are available after 60% usage.)
- If requested within the initial validity period, 100% of the refundable amount can be refunded. If requested after the initial validity period, 90% of the refundable amount can be refunded.
(Balance is calculated based on the remaining rate according to the usage ratio from the purchase amount.)
