- This product is part of the 2024 holiday collection and can be exchanged in stores between November 15, 2024, and December 25, 2024.

- If the item is out of stock or discontinued as a seasonal product, you can exchange it for another item of equal or higher value (with additional payment for the difference). For refunds instead of exchanges, please contact the customer service center of the purchase channel before the expiration date.

- Must be used before the expiration date.

- Images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the actual product.

- Exchanges for the same item may not be available depending on store inventory.

- If an exact exchange isn’t possible, you can choose a different product of equal or higher value, with any price difference paid by the customer.

- Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.

- Points and partner card discounts are subject to the policies of the store where the exchange is made.

[Where to Use]

- This product can be used at all participating stores nationwide. (Not valid at special locations such as Incheon Airport, department stores, or highway rest areas.)

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
