- Weekdays/Weekends, 2D content viewing is available in General and Comfort theaters. (Additional charges apply for 3D content, MX theaters, and The Boutique (excluding suites).)
- Megabox points cannot be accumulated.
- It can be used at Megabox online (website/app) and on-site self-ticketing machines (kiosks).
- It can be used online after member login.
- You must select 2 people for the number of viewers in order to use it. (Cannot be used individually.)
- When using the ticket, a concession coupon will be provided. (Cannot be used separately at the concession stand)
- The purchased ticket cannot be refunded in cash.
- Even if you don't watch the movie after making a reservation, it will be considered as used, and cancellation is possible until 20 minutes before the screening.
- If you cancel the reservation of an expired coupon, it cannot be reused.
- Refunds for price differences are not possible, depending on the ticket price policy (e.g., morning shows, late-night shows).
- It cannot be used in special theaters (The Boutique Suite, The Boutique Private, Dolby Cinema etc.), special seats (Royal Seat, Couple Seat, Balcony, etc.), special contents, and special events.

[How to use]
1. When making a reservation on the Megabox website/app:
Login > Select movie, showtime, number of people, and seats > Ticket/Coupon > Mobile Ticket > Enter coupon code > Payment
2. On-site self-ticketing machine (kiosk) reservation:
Ticket purchase > Select movie, showtime, number of people, and seats > Select number of viewers > Select Apply at the bottom for ticket and discount method > Mobile Ticket > Enter coupon code > Payment

■ Concession Stand Usage Guidelines
- Item changes are not allowed, and additional charges may apply for beverage types, popcorn flavors, and size changes.
- Concession coupons can only be used on the day of the movie screening.
- You can check the concession coupon at the bottom of the App or mobile web ticket when making a reservation.

[Expiration Date Policy]
1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.
2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST)
[Cancel and Refund Policy]
1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).
2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).
3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
