[Usage Guide]

- Usable at all Juk Story locations nationwide (some stores may not accept the coupon, so please check the store information listed below before visiting).
- Please present your mobile coupon at the time of payment.
- The coupon can be used in installments, and the remaining balance will be automatically saved.
- Refunds are available when 60% (or 80% for amounts under 10,000 KRW) of the coupon balance is used. However, refunds cannot be processed in-store; they must be requested through the Joyful Customer Center (1661-8191).
- If the purchase exceeds the coupon balance, other payment methods can be used in combination.
- The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, and cancellations after exchange are not allowed.
- The coupon cannot be used for delivery orders.

- Once the coupon has been exchanged for a product in-store, cancellations are not allowed.
- Please check the list of stores that do not accept mobile coupons before visiting, as the company will not be responsible if you visit a store without prior confirmation.
