[Gift Ticket Usage Guide]

- Purchased gift tickets can be registered within 365 days of the issue date and can be extended for up to 5 years on a 90-day basis before the expiration date.

- Reservations using gift tickets can be made after registration on Jeju Air's website, and must be used within 365 days of the registration date (based on the boarding completion date).

[Information on how to use it]

- The registered gift ticket can only be used for the member's own reservation.

- Gift tickets for domestic flights are available for one adult (up to one infant can be booked at the same time) on a one-way trip. It cannot be used for children's reservations.

- The actual amount may vary depending on the specific period, day of the week, and time hours (e.g., unpopular hours, promotional discount fares, etc.) at the time of reservation, and the difference will not be refunded.

- This product is a reservation ticket and does not include airport service fees or fuel surcharges, so you need to pay separately when you make a reservation.

- You can make a reservation only on Jeju Air's website, and non-members can use it after registering as members.

- The integration of refresh points follows the brand's policy.

[Refund and reservation cancellation information]

- Full refund is possible within the initial validity period (365 days) after purchase, and 90% refund is possible after the initial validity period has expired.

- If you fail to board (no show) after using the coupon (gift ticket) due to your convenience, you will not be able to get a refund or reissue it.

- If you If you fail to board (no show) after using the gift ticket for your convenience, the gift ticket will be treated as used and airport charges and fuel surcharges will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

- If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of completion of your reservation, your gift ticket will be available again, and any airport service charges and fuel surcharges paid separately will be refunded to your original payment method.

- If the reservation is cancelled 24 hours after completion of the reservation, the gift ticket will be processed as used and the airport service charges and fuel surcharges paid separately will be refunded to the original payment method.

- Reservations can only be changed according to the first reservation route before the departure date boarding time, and a fee will be charged if the reservation is changed.

- It cannot be used in Jeju Air Call Center reservations, offline channels (on-site reservations at airports), or indirect sales channels.

[How to use it]

- Log in to Jeju Air's website and get service information > Membership Benefits > You can register your coupon number with Gift Ticket.

- Mobile web, apps: Premium service at the bottom > Gift Ticket Banner > Register Gift Ticket > Enter coupon number

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact WincubeMarketing customer support at (1666-5046). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact WincubeMarketing customer support at (1666-5046). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
