[User Guide]

- Please present the gift card when making a payment.
- Before visiting a store, please check the list of stores where the gift card can be used.
- You can purchase products up to the balance on your gift card.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the balance, you can pay the difference to purchase additional products.
- Refunds for the remaining balance are not possible at the usage location.
- For refunds, if the gift card amount is more than 10,000 KRW, a refund is available after using 60% of the balance; for amounts under 10,000 KRW, a refund is available after using 80%.
- The remaining balance is automatically saved.
- If you purchased the gift card at a discount, the remaining balance refund will exclude the discount rate.
- After the expiration of the gift card’s validity period, 90% of the remaining balance can be refunded (if purchased at a discount, overlapping deductions will apply).
- To check the remaining balance or request a refund, please contact ‘SmartCon Customer Center’ via Kakao Plus Friend.
