Present your mobile device with an open gift voucher to the merchant staff and click on the gift code. Merchant staff will enter their pin to complete the redemption process. Screenshots and printed copy of vouchers will not be accepted.

No returns and no refunds on gift cards.

1) Gift card expiry date as stated on voucher and can only be one-time use per charter.
2) Pets are strictly not allowed on-board.
3) Change of booking date subject to administration fees of $50, payable directly to merchant.
4) Child or baby is considered as 1 pax.
5) In the occurrence of bad weather out at open sea, activities will be stopped for the safety of all passengers and crews onboard. There will be no refund of any unused hours. In case of rain before the cruise departs, trip will be postponed for up to 1 hour. If bad weather persists, trip will be scheduled for another date
6) No refund for cancellation or no show.
7) Charter on Public Holiday and eve of Public Holiday: $100, payable directly to merchant.
8) Corkage fee is waived. Excludes food and drinks which can be catered separately.

10) White Sail Yacht reserves the right to amend/cancel the gift card at any time.
