The TANGS Gift Card can only be used at TANGS at Tang Plaza and VivoCity.
1. Before making any merchandise selection, approach TANGS Customer Service counter (Level 4 at Tang Plaza or Level 1 at VivoCity) and present your Mooments-TANGS eGift Card.
2. When your eGift Card code is entered in the system, you will receive an OTP. Please share with the representative.
3. Once approved, you will be given a Physical TANGS Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of $ credits.
4. Use this Physical TANGS Gift Card against your merchandise purchases at the Cashier point.

This Gift Card is valid for use only at Tangs outlets (Tang Plaza (238864) or Vivocity (098585)) in Singapore.This Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash.
Multiple redemptions are NOT allowed on this Gift Card. If redemption amount is less than the Mooments-TANGS eGift Card value, then the balance will be forfeited upon redemption
