What should I do if I resend a text message (MMS) order but still not received?

If you have not received the text even after resending it, you can check the text message after checking the MMS settings for each device or phone service below.
[Android MMS settings (Galaxy)]
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Message Settings’ > ‘Multimedia Message (MMS)’ and change ‘Attachment of unsupported files’ to ‘Allow’.
[iPhone MMS Settings] Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Messages’ and turn on ‘Enable MMS messages’.
  • If you have blocked MMS reception, you must contact your phone service company to unblock it in order to receive text messages.
  • If the message is sent to your spam box due to spam filtering by your telecommunication company, you can check the text message by installing the app. (SKT → T spam filtering/ KT → KT spam blocking/ LG → U+ spam blocking)
In case of incorrect phone number input, please provide us with correct phone number to SodaGift team (support@sodagift.com) and we will correct it and resend it.
