If you have not received the text even after resending it, you can check the text message after checking the MMS settings for each device or phone service below.
[Android MMS settings (Galaxy)]
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Message Settings’ > ‘Multimedia Message (MMS)’ and change ‘Attachment of unsupported files’ to ‘Allow’.
[iPhone MMS Settings]
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Messages’ and turn on ‘Enable MMS messages’.
- If you have blocked MMS reception, you must contact your phone service company to unblock it in order to receive text messages.
- If the message is sent to your spam box due to spam filtering by your telecommunication company, you can check the text message by installing the app. (SKT → T spam filtering/ KT → KT spam blocking/ LG → U+ spam blocking)
In case of incorrect phone number input, please provide us with correct phone number to SodaGift team (support@sodagift.com) and we will correct it and resend it.
