Click the “Forgot Password?” button on the login page. Enter your login email address and click the “Send reset” link button. Open your email and click the Reset Password button and follow the steps to reset your password.
If you didn’t get an email, here are a few of the most common reasons why, and what to do to fix it.
- You didn’t provide the right email. Try again with the one you use for SodaGift.
- You spelled your email wrong. Double check for any typos and fix them before trying again.
- The email’s in a different inbox. Make sure you check the right email inbox you provided, as well as the spam folder.
- You requested multiple times. In case you made multiple attempts, make sure to check the last and most recent email received.
If you signed up using Google or Facebook, you do not have a password with us. Login using the “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook” button.
