What is the refund or exchange policy?

■ Gifts to the US and Canada
Please note that all gift cards sent to the US and Canada are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

■ Gifts to Korea

1.Unused gift
※ eGift Cards : Please contact the SodaGift Customer Experience Team (support@sodagift.com) and a refund will be issued to the sender for unused valid gift cards. However, gift cards are non-exchangeable but you can request a cancellation with us before placing a new order.

※ Delivered gifts: All orders are processed weekdays at 3pm PST(8am KST) so you must contact us before in order to change or cancel your order. No change-of-mind refunds on food and flower gifts. However if you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the gift.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days depending on your payment method and may take longer depending on your bank or credit card provider.

2. Used gift
We cannot cancel or refund used gifts.
