How do I report scams and frauds?

SodaGift won’t charge unless someone places an order. If you suspect that someone has used your information without your permission, click the following link and report the transaction in order to prevent further fraud.

The Compliance Team will investigate it and get back to you via email. ※ Please note: Once you suspect fraud on your card account, you should immediately contact your card issuer first. All gift cards sent to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore and Philippines are non-refundable.
