There is no minimum order value for gift vouchers. Gift Voucher expiration period is 2 years. It is not possible to exchange the gift voucher for cash in the case of loss or damage.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your gift voucher credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your gift voucher credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The gift voucher can be used on zalando.co.uk or on the Zalando app.
