If you have received a gift card, you can redeem it on our website by following the steps below:
I have never created an account with Storytel or had a subscription previously
1. Go to our website, click on Gift Card -> Redeem Gift Card
2. Choose I'm new at Storytel
3. Enter your gift card code, register your email address and choose a password.
4. Click on Redeem.
You will receive an email which confirms that you have created an account with Storytel.

I have an account with Storytel
1. Go to our website, click on Gift Card -> Redeem Gift Card.
2. Choose I'm a member, enter your gift card code and the login credentials to your existing account.
3. Click on Redeem.
When you have redeemed the gift card, you can login to the app and listen and read to all titles in our service.

Keep in mind: It's not possible to redeem a gift card on your account if you have an in app subscription through Google or Apple. In that case, you need to first terminate your in-app subscription and wait until your current subscription period has ended before you can redeem your gift card.
