1. Click on “Click to Access.”
2. Select your country code and enter your mobile number. Once complete, click on “Continue.”
3. An OTP will be sent to your WhatsApp/SMS.
4. Enter your name. The name must match the name on the boarding pass/ticket to ensure access is granted only to the rightful owner.
5. Your dedicated lounge package will be displayed. Click on “Browse.”
6. Select the airport.
7. Select your preferred lounge and click “Access Now.”
8. Lounge information will be displayed. Each GiftCard is valid for complimentary access for one person only. You may choose to add additional guests, which will require a separate payment. If not, click “Proceed.”
9. A one-time QR code will be shown. Proceed to the lounge counter and present the QR code.
10. If you click “Done” in Step 9, you will be directed to the homepage. You may then click on “Details” to view your one-time QR code. Kindly note that the QR code is only available for 48 hours; once it expires, you will need to restart the booking process.
