- Must be used before the expiration and will not be valid for use once expired.

- This gift card can be used after registering on the Yogiyo app.

- Register and use it in the 선물함, not the 쿠폰함 within the Yogiyo app.

- When entering the coupon number, please remove the hyphens (-) before inputting.

- Where to redeem: yogiyoapp://gift/receive (Yogiyo app → 마이요기요 → 선물함 → Input the gift code)

- This gift card can be used for delivery orders, takeout, and at Yomart within the Yogiyo app. (Not available for use at 요편의점or 요타임딜)

- Only one gift card can be used per order.

- Remaining balance available for future use until the expiration date, but if your purchase exceeds the balance, you must pay the difference.

- If 60% of the gift card balance is used (80% for amounts 10,000 won or below), a refund is possible.

- For balance inquiries and refunds, please contact the inumber customer service center at 1644-5093.

- Points and affiliate card discounts are subject to differ by participating locations.

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
