The voucher’s validity period before being exchanged for Smile Money is 1 year, but it can be extended for up to 5 years before it expires.
Vouchers that have expired cannot have their validity extended; however, you may receive a refund of 90% of the purchase amount.
You can exchange and hold Smile Money up to KRW 2,000,000 (unregistered or uncertified members can hold up to KRW 500,000).
If you use 60% or more of the voucher’s exchange value (or 80% or more for vouchers with a face value of KRW 10,000 or less), any remaining balance is fully refundable.
If you use less than 60% of the voucher’s exchange value (or less than 80% for vouchers with a face value of KRW 10,000 or less), a refund (withdrawal) fee will be charged on the remaining balance.
The voucher purchase limit is subject to the seller’s policy, and if purchased with a credit card, the available purchase amount is subject to the card issuer’s policy.
A cash receipt will not be issued at the time of voucher purchase; however, a prepaid electronic receipt will be provided when the voucher is exchanged for Smile Money.
For offline payments at Shinsegae, you can combine this with other discount coupons and earn Shinsegae points.

[Usage Restrictions]
This voucher can only be used after it has been exchanged for Smile Money (it cannot be used directly as a voucher).
To exchange for Smile Money, you must sign up for Smile Pay or become a member of Gmarket or Auction.
Exchanged Smile Money can be viewed on Gmarket, Auction MY, or the Smile Pay app.
Once the voucher has been exchanged for Smile Money, the exchange cannot be canceled and the voucher cannot be refunded.
The policies governing Smile Money exchanged from vouchers are subject to Gmarket’s Terms of Use.

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
