[Balance refund]
Balance refunds are not available at the place of use, please contact Coop Marketing Customer Center.
You can apply for a refund for the remaining balance after use within 5 years from the date of purchase.
(Gift certificates under $10,000 can be refunded if 80% or more are used, and gift certificates over $10,000 can be refunded if 60% or more are used)
Within the initial validity period, 100% of the refund amount is refundable, and after the initial validity period expires, 90% of the refund amount is refundable.
(However, the remaining balance is calculated according to the percentage of usage based on the purchase price)
