[Usage Guide]

- Usable at all "Oneul Wine" locations nationwide (excluding some stores).
- Cash receipts can be issued upon in-store use.
- The selling price of mobile vouchers includes VAT, and they can be used in installments.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher balance, other payment methods (cash, card) can be used in combination.
- If more than 60% (or 80% for amounts under 10,000 KRW) of the mobile voucher balance is used, a refund can be requested through the customer service center.
- When using the mobile voucher, membership app features (coupons, points, stored value, VIP discounts) cannot be used.
- The mobile voucher cannot be canceled or exchanged/refunded for cash after use.
- The mobile voucher balance cannot be refunded at "Oneul Wine" locations.
- For balance inquiries or usage questions, contact Customer Service (1666-5046) / Customer service is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed on weekends and holidays.
