- You can use Kyobo Book Centre gift cards at Kyobo Book Centre (online/offline) after converting to them.

- For online payments, you can only use one gift card. If you wish to use multiple gift cards, you must convert them into Kyobo Cash for use.

- If the balance is insufficient when using the gift card, you can recharge or pay the difference with another payment method.

[How to redeem]

- Offline

At the gift card sales counter (information desk) inside a Kyobo Book Centre store, show the staff your gift card number. After verifying the card number, it will be exchanged for a physical gift card.

(Exchanges not available at campus bookstores, Gwanggyo World Square Center, Chilgok Center, Kyungsung University/Pukyong National University Center, Haeundae Center, and Gwangbu Commercial Center)

Log in to Kyobo Book Centre online > Search for Kyobo Book Centre gift card or find it at the bottom of the main page under Shopping TIP > Kyobo Book Centre gift card page > Purchase/Gift/Exchange > Select Mobile Dream Card image > Exchange > Select gifticon as the exchange method > Enter gift card number > Mobile gift card sent to your phone number

Log in to Mobile Kyobo Book Centre > Menu, View All > Select Kyobo Book Centre gift card under Major Services > Kyobo Book Centre gift card page > Purchase/Gift/Exchange > Select gift card image > Exchange > Select gifticon as the exchange method > Enter gift card number > Mobile gift card sent to your phone number

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact WincubeMarketing customer support at (1666-5046). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact WincubeMarketing customer support at (1666-5046). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
