If the balance is insufficient to cover the total amount of the selected item, the difference can be paid additionally.

Usage may be restricted at certain locations such as Incheon Airport, department stores, and rest areas.

[Checking Balance]

Balance inquiries can be made at the store.

The remaining balance is printed on the receipt.

[Refund Policy]

Refunds cannot be processed at stores; please contact the Gifticon Customer Service Center.

Refund requests can be made for the remaining balance within 5 years from the purchase date.

For gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW or less, a refund is available when 80% or more has been used.

For gift certificates worth more than 10,000 KRW, a refund is available when 60% or more has been used.

If the refund is requested within the original validity period, 100% of the refundable amount is reimbursed.

If the refund is requested after the original validity period has expired, 90% of the refundable amount is reimbursed.

(Refunds are calculated based on the purchase price and the remaining balance after deducting the used portion.)
