When presented at the cash register during checkout, each gift Card can be used to pay for a 500-yen bill (multiple Card can be used at one time).

No returns and no refunds on gift cards.

The gift card can be used for a 500 yen bill at any Ootoya Gohan restaurant in Japan.
The gift card is not redeemable for change.
Multiple gift cards can be used at one time.
Only those who present the dedicated Ootoya Gift Card page on their smartphone at checkout can use the gift card. It cannot be used as a screen copy or printout.
Ootoya Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
Ootoya Gift Card cannot be used for orders using the delivery service. They can only be used at the checkout counter of the store.
The customer is responsible for all communication costs related to the display of the card.
The validity period of the gift card is until the last day of the fifth month after the purchase. Please use the gift card within the period of validity stated on the gift card.
If any fraudulent activity such as copying or tampering occurs, the use of the gift card may be suspended.
The gift card may not be redeemed depending on the store's communication status.
