In the case of use at JINS stores
(1) Select "Use in-store".
(2) Present the passcode at the time of payment.
Please enter the passcode provided by the store staff and press the confirmation button.

If you are using the online store
(1) Select "Use at online store.
(2) Check the notes and select "Show Coupon Code".
Once you select "Show Coupon Code," the coupon cannot be used in the store. Please note that once you select "Show Coupon Code," you cannot use the coupon code in stores.
(3) Enter the displayed gift code at the time of payment in the online store.

If the amount of payment exceeds the face value of the card, the excess amount must be paid.

Tickets have an expiration date. Please check the expiration date on the ticket screen and use the ticket within the expiration date.
Tickets cannot be used in stores even if you print them out and bring them with you.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of purchased items unless they are found to be defective.
