In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions

Recipient:
To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device display the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Cashier:
Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS.

To redeem this eGift card please swipe squirrel card; touch payment tab; touch credit button; touch gift card icon; enter 19 digit “eGift Card number”; touch done; touch auth/settle; voucher for guest to sign will print (with remaining balance); touch payment tab; enter tip (if needed); touch auth/settle.

If any balance remains on the eGift card, please return this eGift card to the guest along with a copy of their receipt. All eGift cards with a remaining balance of zero, after redemption, must be turned in with the cash-out.

Franchise Restaurant Instructions:
Please accept the eGift card like any other gift card. To redeem this eGift card, follow the normal steps for a manual gift card redemption on your point of sale system.
