Cooking instructions
After thawing, grill or pan-cook in this order: chadolbaegi → woo-samgyeop → seasoned kkotsal → LA marinated short ribs.
For the doenjang jjigae, pour into a pot and boil for about 5 minutes—done! Ssamjang is even better with fresh wrap vegetables like lettuce and perilla leaves. Enjoy with various sides such as kimchi, garlic, and mushrooms for an even more abundant Korean meal.
