Your gift card cannot be presented on the day for payment, you must pre-purchase products and tickets online by following the super easy steps below:

1) Visit merlingiftcard.co.uk to browse all available attractions
2) Once decided, visit your chosen attractions direct website to make your purchase
3) You can add any products or services to your cart e.g entry tickets, short breaks, fastrack etc.
4) At checkout, select 'Pay by debit/credit card' and select the Mastercard option if prompted
5) Enter the 16-digit card number
6) Enter the expiry date of the gift card as the card expiry date
7) Enter the CVC2 code for the CVV field
8) Once completed, an order confirmation will be emailed to you along with any digital products or entry tickets to present on the day of your visit

Please note: You can only use your gift card for the whole value of the transaction. Part payment is not possible for online purchases so please ensure you have sufficient balance to cover the whole transaction. You can ‘top up’ your gift card by visiting merlingiftcard.co.uk.
