Online purchase:
• When paying for your purchase at http://www.marksandspencer.com/, select ‘Pay by Gift card’
• Enter your Gift card number in the 'gift card number' section
• Enter your PIN in the 'PIN' section

In-Store purchase:
• Print out your e-gift card or present it on your phone screen at the payment stage
