- Various gift certificates (e.g., Shinsegae Gift Certificates, Geumgang Shoes Gift Certificates, Culture Gift Certificates) cannot be purchased
- Other convenience store consignment items, utility bills, and tax payments are not accepted

[Important Notes]
- If the barcode cannot be scanned, you can complete the payment by entering the number at the bottom of the barcode
- Gift certificates received as corporate prizes or through promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded for any remaining balance
- Gift certificates cannot be used after their expiration date.
- If a specific redemption location is designated, you can only use the gift card at that location.
- If a specific usage date is designated, you may use the gift certificate only on that date.

- You can check your balance with a convenience store clerk (you can also check it on the printed receipt for your purchase).
