[Usage Guide]
■ Can be used at Knotted stores nationwide. (Cannot be used at stores inside department stores and at some stores)
■ Simply present the mobile coupon at payment.
■ Split use is available.
■ A refund is available once 60% of the coupon balance (80% for amounts of 10,000 KRW or less) has been used.
■ Balance checks and refunds are not available in store. For balance checks and refunds, please contact the Zlgoon customer center (1661-8191).
■ If the amount is exceeded, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
■ Discounts cannot be applied together when using the mobile coupon.
■ It cannot be exchanged for cash.
■ Coupons issued through B2B channels (promotions, events, etc.) cannot be refunded and their validity period cannot be extended.
