- How to use the Holly's app
1) Log in to the app → My Holly's → My Holly's Card → Register external channel gift certificate → Register
2) Smart Order → Order → Select store → Select menu → Select [Payment method] on the payment screen → Select Holly's Card
- When paying at the store POS, please present the mobile coupon to a staff member.
- Balance management and split payment (cash/card) are available.
- Cash receipts can be issued.
- Partial use is available, and the remaining balance is saved automatically.
- Crowns can be accrued when redeeming products with a mobile voucher; events and discounts follow the rules of Holly's head office.
- When using the coupon, Holly's membership benefits and partner discounts can be applied to coffee beverages only.
- Store hours vary by location, so please check the official Holly's website before use.
- Tumbler discounts can be applied.
- Exchange for cash and refunds are not available.

- Redeemable at Holly's stores nationwide.
(Excluding special venues located in rest areas, station buildings, airports, shopping malls, resorts, hospitals, etc., and some stores)

- This mobile gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any balance remaining after use is stored again so that it can be used within the gift certificate's validity period.
- Any additional payment can be made with the same digital gift certificate, cash, or a credit card.
