[Usage Guide]
*How to use the mobile voucher
① Offline stores: present the mobile voucher at payment
② Hi-mart shopping mall: register the mobile voucher under My Lotte before use -Limit on the number of vouchers used per payment
(Offline stores: no limit, Hi-mart shopping mall: limit of 20 vouchers per transaction)
-If you use less than the face value, the balance can be used again within the validity period -If your purchase exceeds the face value, you can pay the difference additionally by cash/card, etc.
-Can also be used under the same conditions as cash for discounts, promotions and the like
-L.POINT accumulation and cash receipt issuance are available for the amount used
-Cannot be exchanged for cash

① Offline stores
-Check via the balance inquiry URL in the text message you received
-Contact the WinCube Marketing customer center (☎1666-5046)
② Hi-mart shopping mall
-My Page > Check mobile voucher

*Guide to cancelling mobile voucher use
① Cancelling use within the validity period
-Visit the store where the mobile voucher was used, or access the Hi-mart shopping mall to proceed
② Cancelling use after the validity period
-After the customer applies directly for an extension of the validity period through the customer center, visit the store or access the Hi-mart shopping mall to proceed
