[Usage Guide]
- Can be used at ARTBOX direct-run stores nationwide. (However, the POOM online mall and some stores are excluded)
- You can search for stores and download monthly discount coupons in the ARTBOX POOM APP.
- Please present the mobile voucher (coupon) when paying.
- If the amount is exceeded, you can pay the difference together with another payment method such as card or cash.
- A refund is available once 60% of the coupon balance (80% for amounts of 10,000 KRW or less) has been used.
- Balance checks and balance refunds are not possible at the store; please contact the WinCube Marketing customer center (1666-5046).
- Coupons issued through B2B (promotions, events, etc.) cannot be refunded and their validity period cannot be extended.
